2nd time Never Again!

So, i thought I really liked this place, first time they did an amazing job on my lips. Second time around, not so good. I was supposed to get a free salt facial w purchase of filler for first time, I had to remind them about it, and they still failed to realize that my second appointment came with a peel and that was never mentioned either. Their specials are a lie. Botox is only 6.99 of your a member. Which hello, I’m a member? Why did I get charge 8.99? Then I went to get versa again , it had been almost a year since i had them done so there was enough for a full strings to go around. They have this girl take you to your room in the back. Her Job is to upsell you on everything possible and tell you she won’t use versa , she has to do Restanlye Kysse Half Syringe “BC I HAVE MIMGRATION”” what’s gimmick!!She tells me even if I wanted to go with the full syringe of Versa that I paid for she wouldn’t do it . And surprise! Restalyne just so happens to be twice as expensive so half syringe is worth the price of a full syringe of Versa WOW! Then, I wanted Botox bc I paid for TOX BOTOX NOT DSYPORT she just went ahead and assumed I was okay w dsyport 50 units she said I needed .RIGHT! She put numbing cream on me that DID NOTHING! The fillers had no lidocaine in it, and when she was done injecting she would pinch my lip hard . It was so painful,IVE HAD MY LIPS DONE 10us times NOT ONCE HAVE I FELT A THING UNTIL THIS PLACE! I never had Botox make my face feel like I got beat up for 3 days! Then TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF , WHY DONT YOU GUYS BRING THE PRODUCTS OUT AND SHOW ME THE PRESCRIPTION AND FILL THE SYRINGE In front OF ME LIKE EVERY OTHER SPA DOES? For all I know YOU COULD HAVE PUT SOME CHEAP KNOCK OFF BRAND IN MY FACE JUST LIKE THE MED SPA IN LONG BEACH ON ATLANTIC AND 8th did!!! This place is unprofessional, doesn’t show you the product , they are there to UPSELL EVERYTHING. 20$ for lip balm that should have been complimentary like every place that I been to, they don’t numb you. They do it way to quickly and how do I even k ow if she really injected anything to my face because I HAVE MOVEMENT IN MY FOREHEAD AND I SHOULD NOT ! This place is nothing but a MONEY Hungry MESS OVERPRICED ,UNPROFESSIONAL Painful, unqualified for services THAT U DONT EVEN KNOW if ITS IN THE SYRINGE!

I got 50 units total, & I still have a lot of movement. First time getting tox at this location, & 2nd time getting tox in general. I even upped my units; I guess you get for what you pay for.

First time

It was my 1st time at NakedMD, advised by my friend. Decided to give it a try for a treatment around the eyes and forehead.
The girls were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse who treated me was experienced, talked to me, explained what she was about to do. The whole procedure was pleasant and painless.
To my big surprise I already saw a difference the very next morning. Definitely recommend this beauty clinic and I am ready for my next treatment called Sculptra, just hoping to shave off a couple of years as I am 68. Thank you for being so great.

Just okay

I got 50 units and still have a lot of movement in my forehead. Definitely not high quality work, but should be expected for the low price.
