My experience was great from the start their customer service is amazing and I will definitely be coming back.
It was incredibly easy to get an appointment over the phone. I came into NakedMD on a Saturday morning and parking was easy to find and close by which is a huge plus. The building was also very easy to find and super clean.
I came in for Micro needling but after my consultation I found out I was not eligible at the moment due to breastfeeding. The staff was very informative, friendly and supportive about it and gave me some safer options I can do at the time. I decided to get a B12 shot for an extra boost of energy. It was super quick and painless and also extremely affordable!
The checkout process was also quick and easy. I also saw that they have finance options which is also great to know. The prices are also all very clear in a menu they have which I appreciated.
I will definitely be coming back when I am eligible for my Micro needling treatment!
