Upsell Technique

I got the minimalist facial free with the purchase of an injection. I cannot imagine someone paying for this service. It was very basic and I feel like it wasn’t an upselling technique used because she evaluated my skin and told me what “other” treatments would be better. Of course at an additional cost. I got it because it was free no way would I purchase this.
