Overall was a great experience! My AC, Queennie was great. She had the lightest of hands and didn’t even feel a thing. Very clean and aesthetic lobby as well. First time and will be coming back again for my B12 shots.

Just went for the second time for my follow up appointment and I’ve had a great experience overall. Walking into the business it’s really clean modern all of the inpatient office rooms are really cute and photo friendly. I went in for filler and I got a syringe. They also have a distraction tool, just in case you’re worried Or a little stressed about getting poked!

For the follow up visit, they did a few touchups on some unevenness which really attributed to their commitment to perfection. This was my first time getting fillers, so I really appreciated them taking the time to do any touchups and they also gave me a free B12 shot which I thought was really cool!

Both the attendant/concierge and the injector were super sweet to me. Abigail was great for my follow up and I keep forgetting the attendant’s name :( but she attended me first time super sweet as well!

Also scheduling the follow up was super easy. Darlene had messaged me through text and asked me about How I was doing via text and made the follow up appointment for me and also reschedule the appointment for me with ease.

Forgot to mention after my first appointment, they FaceTimed me to make sure that my lips were doing well and I was healing ok, so I think all of this is to be appreciated because I’ve been to medspas before and I have not been attended to the way I have with this team!

I've had a number of treatments at this facility and the one in Carlsbad (B12 shot, Botox injection, under-eye PRF injection, Ultherapy around the mouth and a minimalist facial. In each instance, the staff was super friendly and helpful and didn't pressure me to sign up for more. They make suggestions, but no sales pressure. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly and kind. Today LUCY was my Botox injector and LEANA performed the Ultherapy. Both were excellent. I recommend this office and their services. I feel that the price is very fair for the improvement of skin tone and wrinkle reduction I've had.

I had a good experience overall! I went in for Tox, a Free Facial, and a B12 shot. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing—no irritation at all. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The B12 shot also gave me a nice boost in energy. The only downside was that they charge for Tox per area rather than by unit, which was a bit frustrating—I expected treatment based on the areas I needed, not just a flat rate per area. Still, the environment was clean and relaxing, and I’d recommend them for quality treatments.
