I visited the San Jose location, it was clean and I really liked the aesthetics. Staff was very kind and sweet for the most part. I had never gotten any filler or Botox before so I was asking a lot of questions, the first girl who took me back talked me into getting a totally different filler, me not knowing much I took her word for it that it would be best for what I was wanting to achieve. However she seemed kind of pushy about it and when like not genuinely wanting the best results just trying to make a sale. She was also trying to push me to get Botox but I declined, after that she seemed like she didn’t care much to talk to me and sent the injector in. Once injecting was done my lips looked great, pretty swollen but that’s expected. Throughout the 2weeks before my follow up though my lips had lumps in them and were still very sore. Went to my follow up and they massaged them, the lumps went down but I feel like I’ve lost a lot of the filler my lips look the same as when I first went in. Kinda sucks paying all that money then getting talked into something that’s supposed to be better and more expensive just to end up with my lips looking the same. I’ll try somewhere else in the future

I was talked into a different type of filler for the shape and volume I wanted. After swelling subsided I feel like my lips are basically the same as before. Paid over $600. I had better results with my last filler at a different spa and it was half the price. Kinda disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience. I went to the West Covina location, and the staff was very informative. They explained the difference between filler types and explained what the best plan of action would be to get the results I wanted. 2 weeks later, fully healed, and I LOVE my lips.
