I visited the San Jose location, it was clean and I really liked the aesthetics. Staff was very kind and sweet for the most part. I had never gotten any filler or Botox before so I was asking a lot of questions, the first girl who took me back talked me into getting a totally different filler, me not knowing much I took her word for it that it would be best for what I was wanting to achieve. However she seemed kind of pushy about it and when like not genuinely wanting the best results just trying to make a sale. She was also trying to push me to get Botox but I declined, after that she seemed like she didn’t care much to talk to me and sent the injector in. Once injecting was done my lips looked great, pretty swollen but that’s expected. Throughout the 2weeks before my follow up though my lips had lumps in them and were still very sore. Went to my follow up and they massaged them, the lumps went down but I feel like I’ve lost a lot of the filler my lips look the same as when I first went in. Kinda sucks paying all that money then getting talked into something that’s supposed to be better and more expensive just to end up with my lips looking the same. I’ll try somewhere else in the future

I was talked into a different type of filler for the shape and volume I wanted. After swelling subsided I feel like my lips are basically the same as before. Paid over $600. I had better results with my last filler at a different spa and it was half the price. Kinda disappointed.

Been to about three different locations so far. The Glendale and Downey locations are my favorites. In terms of the Glendale location, the staff are always so nice from concierge to assistant to injector. The location is a little bit smaller but size doesn't matter here, we just want a clean room when receiving our services to which they are. Prices here are great and there's always some kind of special. They also take CareCredit and Affirm which is always appreciated. My only gripe with this location is the parking. This is not at all any fault of the company, it's just in a medical building that shares the parking structure and it's paid parking.

My injectors (apologies because I'm terrible with names) have both been fantastic. Always transparent with me regarding filler (types, how long it lasts, pricing, etc) and how the end result may be. They let me know about the aftercare and when to be concerned. They also follow proper medical standards such as wearing gloves when injecting and sterilizing/disinfecting. They also provide distraction devices and water or give you a break when asked. All in all, it's been nothing but pleasant experiences.

Absolutely fantastic. My lips look great and my injector was amazing and all the women in this office are warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. All around a positive experience

Had a wonderful experience. I went to the West Covina location, and the staff was very informative. They explained the difference between filler types and explained what the best plan of action would be to get the results I wanted. 2 weeks later, fully healed, and I LOVE my lips.
