I had a great experience overall, but I do wish the scheduling process had been better organized. I called ahead for a Cosmelan peel and drove an hour to the Rancho Cucamonga office, only to find out after waiting for a while that I needed to reschedule with the correct specialist. However, the staff were incredibly sweet and felt terrible about the mix-up. They went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary facial, which was amazing! The esthetician who did my facial was not only skilled but also such a pleasure to talk to. Everyone was super sweet and professional. I just wish there was better alignment on scheduling, but I truly appreciated the effort they made to make it right!
