I had such a wonderful experience with the customer service! Kelly, the aesthetic artist, was truly exceptional. She took the time to listen to all my needs and concerns, providing reassurance throughout the process. Francine, who administered my injections, was fantastic as well! I opted for half a syringe of lip filler, forehead Botox, and treatment for my crow's feet.

What I really appreciated was how she paused between the lip injections to show me the results in the mirror, making sure I was comfortable with how things were turning out. I've had lip fillers done before, and it often felt rushed, leaving me anxious about the final look. But this time was different! The team was so supportive and attentive, and I genuinely felt at ease. I also want to note that I experienced no pain during the injections, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This was my first time and I was very happy with the results. Within a few days, all the crows feet around my eyes disappeared. It was virtually painless. I did get a headache and dizziness a few hours later but slept it off.
